Ingredients

I always have the following ingredients at hand:

Lemon zest – in just about everything – savoury or sweet!

Olive oil - extra virgin of course.

Parmigianno Regiano – there is nothing like the real thing!

Salt – can’t live (or cook!) without it.

Vanilla bean – a must for flavouring sugar.
