Recipe Books
Too many to mention! I like to divide my rather large collection of recipe books into two main groups. Those that I cook from on a daily basis, like Carolie’s Art Of Cooking, and those that I bought because I liked the layout, the photo’s of the recipes, etc.
- The Cooking Book by Victoria Blashford Snell (Dorling Kindersley Books) – I love the full colour photo’s of each of the 1000 recipes and the fact that the book comes with a pocket book with grocery lists for every recipe that makes shopping so much easier!
- The Italian Kitchen by Kate Whiteman – Not only are the recipes great, the information about authentic Italian ingredients are priceless!
- From Julia Child by Julia Child – I find Julia’s recipes to be very long and complicated, but love her detailed notes that accompanies every recipe.
