WIZBAKE™
These reusable baking sheets are manufactured in South Africa and provide an alternative and healthy method of cooking. Simply line the cooking surface on which you are working, whether it is a baking tray, roasting tin or frying pan.  It is an easy and effective alternative to baking paper. No greasing required!  Each sheet can be used more than a thousand times!  The sheets are pre-cut to fit a standard oven tray, i.e. 330 mm x 400 mm.  It is ideal for chocolate and sugar work.  It can be washed by hand or in the dish washer.  The sheets should not be folded, used as a cutting board or used on a direct flame.

SILIKOMART
Made of 100% pure silicone, suitable for the preparation of sweet and savoury recipes. There is a wide range of designs to choose from. The moulds can resists temperatures from -60 °C up to +230 °C. The moulds can be used in gas or electric ovens, the fridge, freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher. They are non-stick, non-toxic and odour free. Large moulds are fitted with the patented support ring that holds your mould steady and lets you move it safely, easily and without spillage, even when full.

UNIVERSAL LIDS

Round or rectangular (new!), flexible and light, Universal Lids protects food by keeping it air-tight inside the container, creating a vacuum effect. It can be used on every surface: glass, metal, plastic, ceramics. Makes stacking in the fridge or freezer a breeze!
